You can upload any sermon to Faithlife sermons directly from Faithlife Sermons, from Faithlife Proclaim, or from Logos Bible Software.
No matter how you add a sermon, Faithlife Sermons will post it in your church group on Faithlife.com and can even auto-update your self-hosted website or your Faithlife Site.
Skip ahead to:
Upload from Faithlife Sermons
1. Click Upload Sermon
Note: You can upload multiple sermons at the same time using batch uploading.
2. Add sermon files
Add any files associated with your sermon, including audio, video, text, PDFs, etc.
Faithlife Sermons will display your uploaded files. If you upload a text document, it will even add the text below as a sermon transcript as well.
3. Add sermon metadata
You can include detailed metadata like the speaker, a cover image, the sermon series, Bible passages, topics, tags, and much more. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for visitors to find your sermons.
Once you’ve added your information, click Save.
Publish from Proclaim
If you use Faithlife Proclaim, uploading sermons is even easier.
1. Add recording cues and go On Air
Before your church service begins, tell Proclaim when to record by adding a Start recording cue just before the sermon title and a Stop recording cue just after the last sermon slide.
You can add as many of these recorded sections to your service as you need and Proclaim will stitch them together for you.
When you’re ready, go On Air.
2. Edit sermon details
After recording your sermon, Proclaim will display a Sermon Recording window. From here you can edit your sermon details and sermon audio. Your slides are automatically captured along with your audio.
3. Publish your sermon
When you’re done adding sermon details, click Publish. Once the sermon posts, Proclaim will indicate the process is complete.
Your sermon will publish to Faithlife Sermons along with the recorded slides.

Add a sermon with the Logos Sermon Editor
Since many sermons begin in Logos, we’ve created a way to publish sermons to Faithlife Sermons directly from the Logos Sermon Editor.
1. Open the Sermon Editor
To build a sermon within Logos, open the Sermon Editor. You can do this by opening the Docs menu, clicking New, and selecting Sermon.
You can also open the sermon editor through the Tools menu.
2. Add Sermon Info
Provide a sermon title and any other relevant information. The more details you provide, the easier it will be for people to find the sermon.
Sermons are set to auto-publish to Faithlife Sermons by default. You can choose to publish your sermon as your user account on Faithlife Sermons, or as your Faithlife church group. Uncheck the box to turn off auto-publish.
Did you know? You can also send your sermon to Proclaim to present it on the date you set in your sermon info section.
Click Done with sermon info when you’re done adding the sermon’s details.
3. Add sermon content
The Sermon Editor gives you all the tools you need to build a sermon. It will even create slides for you as you type, among many other powerful features.
4. Export your sermon
Click Export in the top right-hand corner of the Sermon Editor.
Note: If your sermon is set to publish automatically, it will publish at the given date.
Sending your sermon to Faithlife Proclaim will import your sermon slides directly into your service. A draft of your sermon is automatically created on Faithlife Sermons. After you record your sermon in Proclaim and publish it, your slides along with the accompanying audio will publish to Faithlife Sermons.
To bypass Proclaim and send the sermon directly to Faithlife Sermons, click Post to Faithlife Sermons. Select a Faithlife Sermons Profile and click Next. Posting your sermon as a draft will allow you to add any other media before officially publishing the sermon. When you’re ready, click Post. Your transcript and any designed handouts or questions will post to Faithlife Sermons.
5. Find your sermon on Faithlife Sermons
To view the sermon on Faithlife Sermons after its publication, navigate to sermons.faithlife.com in your browser and sign in. Click My sermons to view a list of all your draft and published sermons.
