Apple introduced some changes to audio and video in their latest release. OSX 10.14 Mojave requires your permission to access your microphone, and it asks for permission the first time Proclaim tries to record on Mojave.
In the heat of the moment, it's easy to click the wrong button and deny access, which will leave you with the error "Unable to find the recording. Is your microphone enabled?". This ultimately means you won't be able to download or publish your sermon audio.
If you're on a Mac running Mojave, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Microphone and make sure Proclaim has permission to access your microphone.
