You can view and adjust your personal Faithlife subscriptions in one location, the Subscription Manager.
1. Locate the Subscription Manager.
Access the Subscription Manager from any of the Faithlife products with a personal subscription.
Faithlife products with personal subscriptions:
- Faithlife Sermons*
- Faithlife TV*
- Faithlife Ebooks
- Bible Study Magazine
- Ministry Team Magazine
- Faithlife Connect
- Logos Mobile Education
*Faithlife Sermons and Faithlife TV can also be purchased for a group as part of the Faithlife TV Church subscription.
For each product, link out to the Subscription Manager from the account menu in the top right-hand corner of the webpage. Expand the menu and click Manage Subscriptions.
Note: Bible Study Magazine and Ministry Team Magazine do not have direct access points to the Subscription Manager, but you can still manage them from the Subscription Manager directly.
2. Manage Your Subscriptions.
The Subscription Manager displays your current subscriptions.
Each item shows when the subscription renews, when the next payment is, and how long you can still access your data. If you want to make changes to your subscription, click Edit Subscription.
If auto-renew is turned off, click Start auto-renew to keep access to your content. If you Stop auto-renew, a message will confirm your choice and you will receive an email marking the change.
You can also add or remove payment methods associated with your account.

Only the individual who purchased the subscription for the group can view and manage group subscriptions in their Subscription Manager.
1. Locate Group Subscriptions.
The person who set up the subscription for the group can access the Subscription Manager from any of the Faithlife products with a group subscription.

- Faithlife Giving
- Faithlife TV Church
- Faithlife Proclaim
- Faithlife Sites
- Ministry Tracker
- Logos Mobile Education
For each product, link out to the Subscription Manager from the account menu in the top right-hand corner of the webpage. Expand the menu and click Subscriptions.
You can also access group subscriptions by expanding the Settings menu item in your group’s Admin sidebar.
2. Manage Your Group Subscriptions.
The Subscription Manager displays the current group subscriptions you’ve personally purchased for groups you manage.
If you need to change the billing profile for a group subscription (i.e., change who receives the receipt for your group subscription), turn off the auto-renew and re-apply the subscription under the new billing profile. Churches often need to make this change when the person managing the group subscription no longer manages that ministry.
