How Does Faithlife Giving Handle ACH Returns or NSF?

Print Friendly and PDF

In the event an eCheck/ACH transaction is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), consumer did not authorize, or any other reason, a $2.50 fee will be charged in addition to the amount of the return.

We will attempt to contact the contact person for your Faithlife Giving account whenever we receive an eCheck/ACH return. If the return is linked to a recurring gift, you should contact the giver to adjust their recurring gift for future transactions.
