How Do I Issue a Refund?

You can issue a refund once a gift has settled.  The time a gift takes to settle is based on the type of transaction.  Learn more about when you can issue a refund.


To issue a refund for a gift:

  1. Navigate to your church’s group.

  2. Click on your Finance Team in the Team menu.

  3. Click on Gifts in the Admin menu.

  4. Find the gift in the list of gifts or use the Find gifts search to locate the gift.

  5. Click on the gift to view the Gift Details page.

  6. In the upper right of the Gift Details click on the ellipsis menu and select Issue refund.



Once you have issued a refund it can take 48-72 hours to be appear in the giver’s account.
