The Faithlife Giving Onboarding process should take five minutes or less to complete if you have all of your documents at hand. Most applications are approved immediately and you can begin accepting donations right away. In the event that we need to verify your onboarding form information or need additional information, we will contact the primary contact listed on your onboarding form. In most cases even if additional information is needed, you can begin accepting donations immediately and the funds will be available to you as soon as the additional information is received. In rare cases, your application may take 48 hours to approve.
