You can configure your customized domain to support email addresses (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.org).
1. Locate an email host.
Your domain through Faithlife does not include email hosting, but we do support email addresses through other hosts. Currently, Google for Nonprofits provides the G Suite Basic for free to nonprofits with their own domain. In addition to email hosting, GSuite Basic also includes many collaborative enterprise features as well.
Note: Google for Nonprofits may take a few weeks to complete the approval process. Once your nonprofit is verified, they will contact you via email.
2. Contact Faithlife support.
Once you secure an email host, Faithlife Support will help you get your domain verified and add your MX (mail exchanger) record. Contact us at 888–634–2038 or email@example.com.
