Faithlife can help you plan your giving so you can contribute more intentionally to your church. Givers with a free Faithlife account can access a customized, private giving calculator to configure and schedule their future giving.

To use the giving calculator, follow these steps:

Navigate to Your Giving Portal.

Go to Faithlife.com, sign in, and select Giving in the top left-hand navigation menu.

Note: If you don’t see the Giving option, you may be viewing your church group instead of your main Faithlife.com feed. Make sure your URL reads, “Faithlife.com” or go directly to Faithlife.com/giving.

Your giving summary displays at the top of the page along with a goal based on your goal calculator below.

Adjust Your Goal Calculator

Below your giving summary your personalized goal calculator displays. This information is private—no one at your church can see your plans for giving. Each blue underlined term is adjustable. Select any one of them to show the dropdown menu or entry field.

You can calculate your goal on any percentage of your (weekly, biweekly, twice-monthly, monthly, quarterly, or annual) income either before or after your estimated percentage of taxes is removed. A readout on the right compares your personal goal with your current giving history to ensure you understand the implications of your new goal.

Note: The dotted green bar that overlays your giving summary above will update automatically with your new goal.

Click Create recurring gift to open your church’s giving form in a new tab with your goal calculation pre-populated. Learn more about creating and managing recurring gifts.
