Getting an Error Adding a Song?

Getting an error when adding a song? The first thing to check is if your worship team is active, or if you recently deleted a worship team. If the group has been deleted, Proclaim can't access it to pull in your church's song.

You can view your groups by clicking the user avatar in the top-right corner of Proclaim, then clicking on your church group. That will take you to faithlife.com, where you can check for your worship team under the "Teams" section in the sidebar.

If you don't see your worship team there, it has likely been deleted. But, you're not stuck! Please contact support for help restoring your worship team.
