Your Proclaim Music library is the source for all your lyrics, including custom songs and songs you add from CCLI or other sources. Each song or arrangement is saved for your team to use in any presentation.
With Proclaim Music, you can manage your church’s catalog of songs, create arrangements, and add chord charts and links to videos.
1. Add a Song Item.
To add a song to a Proclaim presentation, click Add Item > Song.
2. Search for a Song.
Next, type the name of the song in the search box. Proclaim will show you two sections, My Songs and New Songs.
To use a song you have used in the past, select the song from the My Songs section. This will immediately add your song to your presentation. After adding the song, you can choose between your various arrangements using the arrangement picker or add a new one.
3. Create a New Song.
Choose an option from the Add Song section. You can choose between a linked account with SongSelect® by CCLI, Faithlife Hymnbase, or add a new custom song by clicking the title in the Create New Song section.
However you add a new song, you’ll see a Create a New Song window. Proclaim will use your selection and provided title to fill in many of these details, but you can adjust the song title, worship team, arrangement details, or on-screen items in the popup.
Click Add Song to add the song to your team’s Proclaim Music library.
4. Add Song Details.
Proclaim will add the song to your presentation. Add lyrics the content area, arrange them by verse order, and provide licensed information.
Proclaim will automatically sync your changes so anyone on your presentation team can see your new song. And if anyone on your team changes song details, Proclaim will sync the changes and automatically load the latest version.
