With Faithlife, you can create and manage your church’s physical resources, such as rooms, vehicles, projectors, and more.
The Facilities/Resources dashboard is accessible via the admin panel in your Faithlife group. Anyone who is an admin of your church group can access this page to create, edit, or book resources.

Add Blackout Dates to a Resource
Create a Resource
- Navigate to your church group on Faithlife.com
- Click Facilities/Resources in the admin panel located in the lower left of the page.
- Click Add Resource
- Use the fields on the resource page to provide information about the resource you’re creating.
- When you’ve finished providing information about the resource, click Done.
Edit an Existing Resource
- Navigate to your church group on Faithlife.com
- Click Facilities/Resources in the admin panel located in the lower left of the page.
- Click the facility or resource you’d like to edit.
- Make changes to the desired fields.
Add Blackout Dates to a Resource
You can make a resource unavailable for booking by adding blackout dates.
Note: You can book resources by adding them to an event. When a resource is added to an event, it will be indicated on the calendar section of the page for that resource. Learn More.
- Navigate to your church group on Faithlife.com
- Click Facilities/Resources in the admin panel located in the lower left of the page.
- Click the facility or resource you’d like to edit.
- Click + Blackout Dates
- Use the form to add blackout dates and descriptions.
