How do I add or change my credit card information?

  • Your billing information syncs automatically across logos.com, ebooks.faithlife.com, and all other Faithlife stores. You can simply change your billing information from the shop you use most frequently, or you can edit your stored cards and associated billing addresses at faithlife.com/store/account/billing.

Can I receive paper bill statements instead of digital?

What are my payment options?

  • All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How can I change my payment method?

  • You can add new credit cards, change the default card, and adjust the currency in which prices are displayed on your billing page. Your default card applies to all Faithlife stores, though you can always select which card is used for any purchase if you have multiple credit cards stored. Click here to learn more.

How can I change the email address associated with my subscription?

  • You can change the email address on your account from faithlife.com/account/edit. Expand the Account section and replace the email address in the Login email field.

My church is not in the US. Is Equip for me?

  • Yes. Faithlife Equip is a bundle of church tech solutions that helps you increase engagement, manage your ministry and member profiles, and disciple people with built-in biblical content. Because it's all part of the same integrated ministry platform, the tools work together to anticipate your needs and automate common workflows. However, the Faithlife Giving component of Equip is currently only available to customers in the USA.

Can I see examples of churches using Equip for their website? Sermons? Presentations?

Can I hire someone at Faithlife to move my existing website to the FL site platform?

How will this affect my current Logos library?

  • Access to Pastoral Premiere or Logos for the Church through your Equip subscription might add new resources to your library, but it will not remove any. You will always keep access to every resource you’ve purchased, whether individually or as part of a package.

How do you keep my data secure?

  • We work very hard to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. For more information, please see the Faithlife Security Policy.

Do you sell my data?

  • We limit the sale of personal information to include only US physical mailing addresses outside of California, and do so only with trusted partners in the Christian market. Click here to read our full privacy policy.

What is Equip?

  • Faithlife Equip is a bundle of church tech solutions that helps you increase engagement, manage your ministry and member profiles, and disciple people with built-in biblical content. Because it's all part of the same integrated ministry platform, the tools work together to anticipate your needs and automate common workflows. Learn more.

What is an integrated ministry platform?

  • An integrated ministry platform is a complete suite of integrated church tech tools built to help churches connect, organize, equip, and engage their communities.

What’s the difference between faithlife.com and Equip?

  • Your church group on faithlife.com is your communication hub for your ministry and the portal through which you access many (but not all) of your Equip features. See the features included with Equip.

Is Live Stream included?

  • You can choose an Equip subscription level that includes Live Stream. Learn more.

Does it include accounting software?

  • While Equip does not include full-fledged accounting software, it does come with Faithlife Giving, which features helpful tools to manage giving to your church. Learn more

Can I customize the Logos resources that are included?

  • The resources included in the Pastoral Premiere and Logos for the Church packages aren’t customizable, but you can always purchase group licenses for any Logos resource and grant access to your church members. What Logos resources will my congregation get with Equip?

What Bible versions are included in Equip?

  • A Faithlife Equip subscription gives you, your congregation, and your presentation team access to different Bible versions. Click the links below to find a list of Bible versions available to each group:

What Faithlife TV content do I get as part of Equip?

  • Equip gives you and your congregation access to more than 1,500 hours of Christian movies, TV shows, Bible course videos, and kids’ content. Learn more.

How do I find the course content included in Equip?

  • You can find a list of all of the course video content included in Equip here. If you already have Equip, you can access your course video content on Faithlife TV.

Does Equip come in Spanish?

  • Logos and Proclaim are included in Equip and the interface for both are currently available in multiple languages. At present, other parts of the Equip platform, including the Logos packages, are only available in English.

What support do you provide?

Does Equip include a phone tree/voicemail service (similar to One Call Now)?

  • Faithlife Equip does not presently include a phone tree/voicemail service.

Can we keep the Logos tools even after an Equip subscription ends?

  • Access to the Logos for the Church and Logos Pastoral Premiere packages are limited to Equip subscribers. If your Equip subscription ends, you will lose access to any resources you had through your subscription. However, you will not lose any resources which you personally purchased, or were purchased for you.

My church is tax-exempt. How do I proceed?

Is there a cancellation fee?

  • No, there is no cancellation fee.

Can I cancel anytime?

  • Yes, you can cancel anytime.

Is there a 30-day money-back guarantee?

Is there a contract?

  • An Equip subscription does not lock you in for any period of time—you can cancel anytime. Please note that if you have paid annually, you can cancel and receive a refund only within the first 30 days, and if you pay monthly, you are on a month-to-month subscription that can be canceled at any time.

Is there a free version of Equip?

How long does onboarding take?

  • It’s up to you. Some churches get completely set up in a matter of days. Others take longer. Generally, we find that most churches complete setting up the key components of Equip in around 30 days. Get started here.

Can we transfer our website?

  • Yes, you can transfer your domain to Faithlife in several simple steps. Moving website content to your Faithlife website may take some time (depending on your current configuration). The good news is that once you have your website set up, it requires little to no maintenance—most parts of your website are automatically updated based on what you do in your Faithlife group. How do we get our congregation involved and engaged?

What does Equip integrate with?

  • Available integrations vary by product. To look for a specific integration, search for it at the Faithlife Help Center.

What’s a church group and why do I need one?

  • Your Faithlife church group is the hub that connects all the tools in Faithlife Equip. Your group is both an online community for your congregation and a central managing hub for your staff. Click here to learn more.

What’s the difference between a team and a subgroup?

  • Subgroups and teams offer two different ways to manage certain groups of people inside your church group. Subgroups work as smaller communities within your church—like small groups, book clubs, or a youth group. Teams, on the other hand, have oversight of specific aspects of your church. Is there a limit to how many people I can have in my Equip subscription?

  • When you subscribe to Equip, you choose your subscription level based on your church’s average weekly attendance. Learn more.

How do I invite my members to Equip?

  • Your Faithlife group features an Invite button on its main page. Simply click the button and follow the prompts to add members individually or in bulk using a .csv file. Click here to learn more.

How do I import my data into Equip?

What’s the difference between assigning and inviting in Equip?

  • When you invite someone to join your church group, they receive an email invitation and will not be added to your group until they accept the invitation. For subgroups and teams of your church group, you can assign people, which adds people to the subgroup/team without their confirmation (as long as they’re already a follower or above in the parent church group). What happens when someone leaves our church?

  • Individuals who leave your church group will no longer have access to your church’s Equip benefits. Since people records are created, owned, and managed by your church group, you can edit people’s relationship to your church with a few simple clicks. You can easily retain that person’s information while updating their membership status. Click here to learn how to update your people records.

How do I transition from our church’s current giving service to Faithlife Giving?

Can I completely turn off Faithlife TV for my church?

  • Faithlife TV is included in your Equip subscription. You can restrict specific Faithlife TV titles from being available to members of your group. Learn how.

Can I assign the Logos Pastoral Premiere license to a church computer so everyone can use it?

  • Logos licenses are designed for individual use. If you’d like to add additional Pastoral Premiere licenses to your subscription, please contact Sales.

How can I purchase a Bible/book/resource for my congregation? A team or individual?

  • You can purchase resources for your whole congregation, a particular subgroup or team, or for a particular individual through group licensing. Click here to learn more.
